NDSME AGM 2020
The AGM was originally proposed for August 2020 but coronavirus has delayed that. The committee is currently debating a suitable revised date and venue and will keep you informed of progress. The meeting date is almost certain to be in early November, most probably on a Saturday.
In order to expedite the meeting date the committee are requesting that any nominations for the committee and officers be sent to any committee member asap.
Nominees (if any) will have the opportunity (if they wish) to meet with existing committee members in order to explain what they can offer to the Society and what would be expected of them if elected. This will provide helpful guidance to the Members when voting at the AGM.
